As the Owner and CEO of a Certified Disabled Veteran-Owned company, my role is to guide, inspire, and equip clients to unlock their potential, set and achieve realistic goals, and navigate the challenges that come with growth and change. Through active listening, clear communication, and a commitment to understanding each client’s unique journey.

Throughout my career, in addition to operating and managing multiple construction disciplines, I have been instrumental in developing training and mentoring programs for several Fortune 500 companies. With a hands-on background in frontline management, I can relate to every level of construction execution, from the field to executive leadership.

My focus with Lorric LLC Training has been to develop high-impact training seminars for all levels of construction management, including top leadership, ensuring the content is relevant, actionable, and directly connected to the industry’s real needs.
